Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse

Geographic Scope

The TradesPool services are provided for use only by persons located in Canada. While we comply with applicable child safety laws in every jurisdiction where our services might be accessed, our policies are primarily designed to comply with Canadian federal and provincial laws regarding child protection and online safety.

Zero-Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We strictly prohibit any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and child trafficking. It's prohibited to upload, store, produce, share, or entice anyone to share child sexual abuse material (CSAM), even if the intent is to express outrage or raise awareness about this issue.

Enforcement

Any violation of this policy results in immediate removal from TradesPool and a potential report to Canadian authorities. In accordance with Canadian law, if we become aware of child sexual exploitation, grooming, or abuse, we will notify the appropriate agencies, including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), local law enforcement, or Cybertip.ca (operated by the Canadian Centre for Child Protection). Additionally, we may cooperate with international organizations like the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) if the situation involves cross-border or U.S.-based aspects.

For more information on our enforcement approach, please see our Child Safety Standards. If you believe we have made an error in taking action on your account or content, you can always contact us at info@urka.ca.
